Ron Foster, CPM, President

Real Estate Management (IREM).

Twenty five years managing a variety of residential
and investment portfolios as a hands-on property
manager, President, and CEO. In natural progression,
these achievements led to the establishment in 1992
of his own company, Foster Premier Inc, of which
he is President.

His management skills and professional philosophy
were instrumental in developing an outstanding property
management service team to maintain a client portfolio
in excess of 20,000 residential units.

Professional affiliations include membership in
the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Community
Associations Institute, and the Illinois Association
of Realtors. He is a HUD Certified Management Agent
and a member of Midwest Association of HUD Managing
Agents. He has served in numerous capacities with
IREM including Vice-President of Legislative Affairs,
Vice-President of Membership, and Vice-President
of Finance & Administration. |

Management Specialist (AMS) as well as Professional
Community Association Manager (PCAM) as designated
by the Community Association Institute (CAI). David
also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education
and a Master’s degree in School Administration.

and administration, he has developed organizational,
administrative, and inter-personal skills to recognize,
anticipate and solve situations thoughtfully and
concisely. He has personally managed several homeowners’
associations.

of customers, he has developed strong partnership

Danette Smusz, CMCA, AMS

Certified Manager of Community Associations
(CMCA) as designated by the National Board of Certification
for Community Associations Managers as well as an
Association Management Specialist (AMS).

With 10+ years’ experience in Property Management,
Danette has developed a positive and objective approach
to problem solving as well as a friendly and professional
demeanor with all clients.

Prior to joining Foster Premier Inc., Danette’s
work at a financial institution for six years in
Customer Service and Business Development established
her dedication to the importance of customer communication
and service. |

Jamie Catherine Falconer, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology
with a minor in Communications as well as a Master
of Business Administration degree.

With eight years of property management experience
as an on-site property, manager of a portfolio of
Chicago properties as well a supervisor of property
managers in Chicago, Jamie has developed a unique,
personalized, professional style as she works with
association boards, residents, and staff to facilitate
the optimum solutions to the management of each
property. |
